PGA TOUR December 9, 1998        J. Andrew Pazder Director of Administration Competitions To Whom It May Concern, During the past few years, the Professional Caddies Association ("PCA") has represented a significant number of caddies for golfers on the PGA TOUR. While the PCA is an organization separate and independent of the PGA TOUR and we are not involved in its internal management or operation, it does appear that the PCA has begun to mature as an organization and the PGA TOUR appreciates the services and benefits it offers to caddies.
